  • Emergency Operations Center GrantThe purpose of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Grant is to provide funding for construction (up to $1 million) or renovation (up to $250,000) of state, local or tribal level EOCs based on identified deficiencies and needs.
  • Grants Monitoring DivisionRequired by federal mandate, the Cal EMA Grants Monitoring Division assesses grant programs to verify that expenditures submitted for reimbursement are: allowable, allocable to the grant, reasonable, and have been appropriately charged to the correct cost category
