The CalEMA Programming Section supports over 600 Cal EMA users including various platforms ranging from Lotus Notes Domino, Oracle, Microsoft Sharepoint, IBM Quickr, and Microsoft SQL applications. In addition to supporting the mission critical internal applications the Programming Section also supports the statewide Response Information Management System (RIMS) which boasts over 4000 users. The Section is constantly improving applications, processes, and moving to newer platforms to ensure all clients, both internal and external, have the resources and tools to complete their missions. Our programming team has years of experience working in emergency response environments and are in full support of Cal EMA’s mission.
